on behalf of expertvillage.com, my name isdean forrest with sedona coffee roasters. i am here to tell you about roasting coffee.okay the probat l12, once we've dropped the beans down, they are in the hopper, they'vegone through the hopper, they are in the drum. i have a side window here that i can see thebeans moving in. in all honesty you don't see a lot in there. it's pretty dark, thebeans are dark but it's a side window and
roast coffee beans on stove, we should be able to see it. what really worksfor me what i keep an eye on the most with this machine is that i can take any time iwant beans out of the drum with this trier and see where i am in the roasting process, how the beans are doing. that is how i tell when they are done, when the next stage iscoming. that is how i keep track of the beans.
here what you see is a plate that covers theend of the axle. i obviously have to keep it lubricated, keep it greased and this isthe access port for that. here is the actual
very hot door. when the beans are done cookingand i've looked at them, the timing is right, they've gone through the process and i amready to release them, i pick this door up. i won't now because the beans are ready togo now but that's what we got. this is the actual drop door.
