roasting process of coffee beans, we should be able to see it. what really worksfor me what i keep an eye on the most with this machine is that i can take any time iwant beans out of the drum with this trier and see where i am in the roasting process,how the beans are doing. that is how i tell when they are done, when the next stage iscoming. that is how i keep track of the beans.

very hot door. when the beans are done cookingand i've looked at them, the timing is right, they've gone through the process and i amready to release them, i pick this door up. i won't now because the beans are ready togo now but that's what we got. this is the actual drop door.
