today i will be making cold coffee, iced coffee. during summer days there is nothing better than tall glass of cold coffee. and for me this brings back lot of fond memories from my collage days. this recipe will serve two. for this recipe we need
best roast for iced coffee, 8 oz of milk 3 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon of dark roasted instant coffee and about 2 cups of ice
this is a very easy recipe with very few ingredients but tastes superb. like i said it's very easy we just have to blend everything together. so first i will add milk sugar coffee just save about 2 pinch of coffee. blend it for about 30 seconds sosugar will dissolved. and now we are going to add the ice. again blend it for another 30 seconds.
coffee looks ready. don't blend for too long otherwise it will become very frothy. so pour it in glasses. it's very refreshing. and just sprinkle little coffee on it it looks very pretty and it's ready to serve.
so this is one for me and one for my husband. during hot summer days i really relish absolutely chilled cold coffee.
