hai hello my dear friends , today am gonna show you how to prepare whole chicken tandoori ingredients: ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, corainder powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, oil, curd in this recipe chicken should marinate whole night then only taste is good wash the whole chicken and drain the water (or) dry it with white towel
cooking whole chicken on gas grill, after that deep cut/ slices on top of the whole chicken then only all masala goes indise of chicken cut in ti front and back side of chicken
take a bowl ginger garlic paste- 2 to 3 spoons fennel powder-1/2 tbs cumin powder-1 to 2 tbls turmeric powder- a pinch corainder powder- 2 to 3 tbls salt to taste kashmiri red chilli powder- 2 to 3 spoons garam masala -1 to 2 tbls
white vinegar- 1 small sppon thick curd -2 to 3 tblsp mix it well. take a pasty consistency now our paste is ready if you american flavor add oregano, basil for indian peoples we will get this all supermarkets in india add 2 spoons of oil it gives good moisture on chicken it should be marinate over night or if you dont get enough time to marinate keep in to freezer for 4 to 5 hrs
but every 3hrs you should grease oil or butter top of chicken and flip into other side for 3hrs then only it cook well take the chicken gently apply the paste spread into whole chicken first you apply on the deep cut side then only after it cooks we will get good and same taste all over the chicken if you doesnt apply the paste deep cut side of chicken , in that part of chicken is plain taste so make sure you apply whole sides gently massage the chicken
if you are going to prepare after 2 days you keep into freezer flip in to another side gently spread the paste on chicken give it a nice massage for this pasty chicken for 10 min close into tight box or cover it with plastic paper or silver foil paper keep in fridge over night after thewhoke night marination it looks good . take a pan , cover it with silver foil paper before that preheat oven 350 degree f for 20 min
transfer the chicken into pan keep in to oven for 20 min after 20 min it cooks well in this side am going to add color for this, take a bowl add clarified butter - 2 spoons add red food color mix it with butter apply the butter on top of cicken , if you have a brush used with that butter gives good taste, and moisture flip it to other side keep it in oven for another 20 min
