hi, this is tony from cookingaround welcome to my kitchen and today we have another special surprise. we are going to make another pasta dish and it is going to be with a creamy


recipes on how to cook salmon, sauce with salmon one of my favorite fish's so i got


a fresh salmon here just two little portions like this that all i need for me and my girlfriend. and we are going to infuse it with a cream cheese and i am not going to use any


heavy or like cream i will infuse it with sour cream just making it a little bit more on the lighter side. so without any further a due. ok here we are grab a medium size pot


and grab yourself about one cup of water and we will wait for that to come up to a boil. ok she is almost boiling now what i want you to do is take about 1/2 a teaspoon of salt


about 4 to 5 pieces of whole allspice and about one medium leaf of bay leaf. and i want i want you to take a 1/2 of a medium to small lemon and just squeeze it out like that


throw that in squeeze like that and throw that in. and now you can see that it is simmering it is almost boiling. and the best of the best i want you to take one


teaspoon of veggie stock or chicken stock whichever you prefer add that to the water. stir that all around, now look how that's doing absolutely awesome.


take you salmon pieces and i want you to put skin side down first. and we are going to let that go it anywhere from 10 to 12 minutes. but before that time comes as soon as it starts to become a little translucence


in the middle here i will be going flip it around for another 2 to 3 minutes. i shall be back. we are back. it has been about six minutes turn the salmon to the side you can see it's


a little bit dull in the pick side here so now i will turn that around like that and we are going to let that go for another 2 to 3 minutes.


and then check it and again i shall be back, ok! we are back it's been about 10 to 12 minutes and what i am going to do now. if the fish breaks do not worry about it


i will show you what we are going to do with it. i want you to pick-up the biggest piece and i want you to stab it right more or less in the middle and you can see that in the middle it's still a little bit undercooked


but that is more or less where i want it. so now. what we do. turn off the heat we are going to remove the salmon but and we are going to remove the lemon and all the other goodies in there


but we are going to keep the liquid. and i shall be back, ok i want you to grab the salmon and put it basically face up, skin side down. on the plate like that remember what i said, do not worry if it breaks does not matter.


now with the rest of the sauce i want you to remove the spices and the lemon but i want you to retain the water. now grab two forks one, two and start to removing


the flesh from the skin just like that i do not want you to mince it the salmon just break it down just like that i shall be back


grab yourself a heavy fry pan. add about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil any type of cooking oil. alright see the sizzle now we take 1 medium onion diced put that in there.


and we are going to fry the onions remember not steam them, the temperature has to be high. for about say 3 to 4 minutes until it becomes clear.


so we shall be back. ok we are back here the onions are coming really, really nice now take a bout 100 grams of sour cream put that in there.


add more or less if you want. and take about 100 grams of any cream cheese. put that in there. move that around until it melts. keep the heat down low, a little. look how that is coming, yum. yum yum ! just take a look


and tell me how does that look now in order not to break the cream cheese i will add just a little more salt in there. like that. just to not have it separate.


ok it's almost done. the reserve water, that we pouched the salmon in and we pour all that in inside slowly. and stir that.


now we pour the rest. and keep on moving that all around until we get all that cheese melted. grab 1 tablespoon of flour the way i do it is i put it


in a strainer here and just tap it like that. just to get the lumps out keep on stirring. and here you can add a a little bit more or less to get the thickness that you want. this way it is a little bit more faster


now you can see, how it really creamed up. and that's done. and now we take our shredded salmon and put that in there like this look how that's looking.


reduce the heat a little bit. move that around. look, how that is looking. absolutely awesome and you do not have to add this, but i will add a little bit of say 1/2 a cup of pea's. ok, and move that all around.


now if you find that it gets a little too thick we can always add some more water. or milk at this point. let that, now let it go for 2 minutes. we are going to do the taste test and see how it tastes.


and it is absolutely perfect. that is ready i already checked it. and i want you to do now is take this handy contraption grab a large bowl and start to removing all pasta


into this bowl like that. now i do not want you to rinse it i want it just like that. ok, now is grab some of this delicious sauce that we made and just take it and pour


all to there. like this. if you do not want to mix it up just serve it on top if you like. i like it this way. now. mix it from the bottom to the top. and keep on stirring. and all i want to say now is thankyou very much
